F1® 23 has received a significant upgrade in handling and driving physics compared to previous years. Three main areas have been revised: acceleration, braking, and cornering. The overhaul of handling and physics will be immediately noticeable, especially when using a force-feedback steering wheel. Even players using a controller will notice some significant improvements.

Shorter race distance for faster races
For players who prefer shorter races, there is now a new option with 35% race distance. This provides a good balance between short and long race options and allows you to move on to the next race faster.
Red flags return
Red flags return to F1® 23 after nine years. They can be triggered by incidents during the race and force players to rethink their strategies. This adds even more excitement and variety during the races.
New race tracks in Las Vegas and Lusail
Two new race tracks make their debut in F1® 23 - the Las Vegas Street Circuit in Nevada, USA and the Losail International Circuit in Doha, Qatar. Get ready for thrilling races in these new environments!
