Gamers can look forward to action-packed shooter fun as early as November 2020. The latest installment in the series, Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, will be released on 13.11. As the name suggests, the Cold War is once again a historical war event. However, the campaign of the latest COD title tells a fictional story. In addition to the singleplayer story, there will also be numerous multiplayer modes, most of which are known from previous installments. Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War also sets new standards in terms of graphics in comparison to its predecessors. But what system requirements do you have to expect in order to enjoy the game in all its glory?

For this you need at least a GTX 670 or an AMD Radeon HD 7950. For better performance and higher graphics settings, graphic chips with at least 4 GB VRAM are recommended. For this you should be able to fall back on an AMD RX 580 or a GeForce GTX 970 from Nvidia.
In terms of processor performance, the new COD installment is not as demanding as initially assumed. For the lowest graphics settings, a 4-core unit is sufficient here. The Intel Core i5 2500k and equivalent processors from AMD are mentioned under the minimum requirements. However, for a better quality gaming experience, you should have at least an Intel Core i7 4770k. Alternatively, you can also fall back on an equivalent from AMD.
It is a little more demanding with regard to the main memory. Here you should have at least 8 GB, better 16 GB. Furthermore, you need 45 GB of free space on your hard drive. For
