Since the official release, the strategy title Anno 1800 has been regularly supported with DLC. With the expansion called Speicherstadt, new content finds its way into the game, inspired by the Hamburg Speicherstadt.
Speicherstadt can be purchased either as part of the approximately 20 Euro expensive season pass for Anno 1800 or separately. According to the developers of Ubisoft BlueByte, one of the highlights of the Speicherstadt DLC is the building in the water. Through this you will, among other things, be able to build port buildings in the water without a connection to the shore.
In order to connect the buildings to the land or to each other, you rely on the new quay roads. By building a road from the land into the water, it will automatically be transformed into a quay road. In order to provide a better overview in Anno 1800, the makers of Ubisoft BlueByte also integrated a new feature that allows you to group your favorite trade routes together.
The revised placement system finally provides for a more comfortable placement of ornaments or plants.
