Apex Legends Listens to the Community
Respawn Entertainment and EA announce the return of the limited-time game mode "Three Strikes" in Apex Legends, but it won't be available for long. Apex Legends is responding to the prayers of the community as Respawn Entertainment and EA announce the return of Three Strikes. The new game mode debuted during the recent Post Malone crossover event and was highly popular among players. The chaotic, time-limited mode ended with the conclusion of the collaboration event, and ever since then, we haven't been able to get Three Strikes out of our heads.
What makes this mode so special?
Three Strikes is now available again in Apex Legends, much to the delight of the FPS gaming community. The new game mode originally accompanied the Apex Legends Post Malone event and left the shooter when the collaboration with the popular rapper ended on November 21st. It changes the typical battle royale gameplay with a three-strikes system, as the name suggests, giving your team more than one chance to win.
The Limited Availability of Three Strikes
Respawn has now announced that Three Strikes is back, but it will only be playable until Tuesday, November 28th. Unfortunately, this doesn't leave us with as much time with the game mode as we had all hoped, but positive feedback from the community could once again be fruitful and lead to Three Strikes making another comeback or possibly staying permanently in the game.
The Community Loves Three Strikes
The response from fans to Three Strikes has been overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing their love for the game mode in online forums and hoping for its future return. The developer's response to the initial feedback on the mode is exciting. With the revived enthusiasm and responses on Twitter urging Respawn to permanently implement Three Strikes, we might be lucky and see Apex Legends keeping the limited-time game mode forever. In the developer's own words, "You wanted more, so we're extending it."
