A three-minute video from the playtest of the first mobile offshoot of the series was published on the social media platform Facebook.
As early as September of this year, Ubisoft announced the first offshoot of the Assassin's Creed series for mobile devices. However, until today there has been hardly any information about the game and, with the exception of a CGI trailer, there has been nothing to see. The clip now published on Facebook has now found its way to Reddit, where you can watch it easily.
Content of the video
The first gameplay of Codename Jade looks familiar, at the beginning you see an assassin in third person running over a section of the Great Wall of China, climbing and balancing on ropes in the usual AC manner. There are also sword fights to be seen.
The second part of the video shows you a longer cutscene and the way through a burning village. As Ubisoft had already leaked, AC Jade will play in China, the video's setting clearly shows this. However, it must be emphasized again that leaked content is always prototypes and thus unfinished products. How the game will look in the end is still to be seen.
