Graphic Options
Graphic options and tweaks are particularly popular among mods. Custom Field of View, Skip Intro - Pass Through Comrade, Larger Subtitles and Disable Vignette are just some of the most sought-after mods. Also very popular are cheats and difficulty adjustments, such as Buffed Weapons, More Resources and Increased Inventory and Storage.
The Free Camera Mod allows for a kind of photo mode, however, it requires the installation of ABPML for the Atomic Heart Mod Loader. Some mods can simply be installed by extracting the files into the folder Content\AtomicHeart\Content\Paks, however, it is recommended to read the descriptions of each modification beforehand.
There are also strange mods, such as Mr. Swede and Saul Goodman is Literally an Axe Now, which change the appearance of the player's axe, and Unmasked Twins, which reveal placeholder assets under the faces of the game characters "Twins".
Although mods can offer players a new level of customization and control, it is important to note that installing mods can affect the game or even lead to malfunctions. It is therefore recommended to always create a backup of the game and all relevant files before installing mods.
