New patch brings order to the inventory
Who doesn't know this feeling? Your bags are overflowing with all sorts of stuff and you don't know where to begin. Yes, I'm talking about the dreaded topic of inventory management in Baldur's Gate 3. But thanks to the new BG3 patch, that's finally a thing of the past.
And what's the deal with the shaved cat?
In addition to the improvements to the inventory system, there's another, admittedly somewhat curious new feature: His Majesty, the most famous cat in the Baldur's Gate universe, has been shaved! Yes, you read that right. Why? You'll find out soon enough.
The details of the new BG3 patch
The new BG3 patch brings some exciting changes. From now on, story-relevant items will remain with dismissed companions and will not automatically return to the inventory. This makes managing your belongings much more organized.
Crashes and "psychedelic" effects addressed
Another plus point of the patch: several annoying bugs have been fixed. Among other things, there were crashes in multiplayer mode when entering a dialogue after an active role change. That is now history.
And now, onto the cat...
His Majesty, the Sphynx cat, had gained a full coat in a previous patch - much to the dismay of many players. Now, it is finally hairless again and looks like a real Sphynx cat.
