Bloodborne meets Minecraft
If you've been eagerly awaiting the release of the iconic RPG Bloodborne on PC, you're going to be thrilled by this Minecraft film created by a fan.
Bloodborne is one of those role-playing games that we always want to see on PC. No other game from FromSoftware has achieved the gothic-inspired aesthetic or the unique story of Bloodborne. While we've been impatiently waiting for news about the popular game coming to PC, other fans have been tirelessly working to express their love for everything Bloodborne-related.
Fan creation brings Bloodborne's world to Minecraft
A Minecraft creator has done just that, bringing Bloodborne's buildings, enemies, and everything else into the blocky sandbox game. Known online as "Potomy," this fan has maximized their creativity with their faithful recreation of Bloodborne in Minecraft.
The recreation of Yharnam City
Despite having to work within pixel limits, Potomy managed to beautifully depict the city of Yharnam in all its reimagined voxel glory. They not only dedicated their own time but also collaborated with other talented artists and programmers to bring the vision to life.
Breathtaking short film
Potomy released a short film showcasing their collaborative creation: Bloodborne in Minecraft - and it is breathtaking. They added that the team of creative minds "poured our blood and souls into this project."
Support Potomy's Patreon page
You can support Potomy's impressive work by backing them on their Patreon page. By choosing the higher subscription tier, you'll be able to download the Bloodborne map and its textures yourself. It's truly worth it!
Map soon available for free
The map and its related packages will also be made available for free to the public later on. Personally, I can't wait to explore the map and walk past the fantastic Victorian details along the streets of Yharnam City.
Final thoughts
Even though we can't officially do this on PC yet, thanks to creative fans, we can experience Bloodborne in Minecraft.
