Loot the Universe Returns to Borderlands 3
Get ready to farm legendary loot like a beast, as the mini-event series "Loot the Universe" returns to Borderlands 3 for a limited time! Each week from September 7th to October 5th, drop rates for specific types of legendary loot will be significantly increased at specific undisclosed locations on two planets in Borderlands 3 - one from the base game and one from additional content.
For example, during the "Loot the Universe" week on Promethea in the Meridian Metroplex, you'll find different types of legendary loot than at Atlas HQ. It's up to the Borderlands community to discover the hotspots each week and hunt down the most coveted pieces of loot.
Increased drop rates and legendary loot
Just like before, each affected zone on every planet has its own dedicated weapon type (pistol, shotgun, SMG, assault rifle, sniper rifle, or heavy), and there can also be increased chances for legendary equipment types (class mods, artifacts, shields, or grenade mods).
Event Schedule
- Week 1 (9am PT on September 7th to 8:59am PT on September 14th) - Eden-6 and Gehenna
- Week 2 (9am PT on September 14th to 8:59am PT on September 21st) - Promethea and The Handsome Jackpot
- Week 3 (9am PT on September 21st to 8:59am PT on September 28th) - Pandora and Xylourgos
- Week 4 (9am PT on September 28th to 8:59am PT on October 5th) - Nekrotafeyo and Krieg's Mind
