A new leak for Call of Duty Modern Warfare shows that Battle Royale is coming soon!
Some players were already wondering at the release on October 25, 2019, that the latest CoD came without a Battle Royale mode. The Battle Royale mode first appeared in the predecessor Call of Duty: Black Ops in a game of the shooter series. The leaker Senscallo now claims on Reddit that the mode will not be long in coming. You can find more information directly in the post by Senscallo.
Gigantic Battle Royale with 200 players on a map
The most successful Battle Royale shooter PUBG has shown with 100 players per match how the mode must be. Unfortunately, many other games have not been able to implement this technically and in CoD: Black Ops you had to be content with significantly fewer players.
In Call of Duty Modern Warfare everything should be different now and matches with up to 200 players be possible. There will be the usual squad options and you can start the game alone, in pairs or in fours.
In the Reddit post there were also pictures of the map to see, which is just huge according to the number of players. The pictures have now been removed and we think that the developer has taken care of it. So the leak seems to be true.
Death does not mean the end
Respawn system for Call of Duty Modern Warfare
A new feature that the Battle Royale mode of CoD MW is supposed to bring with it is the Gulag system. After being killed by another player, you get a second chance to get back into the game.
In a 1vs1 match in a prisoner of war camp, a player has the opportunity to re-enter the match. While these 1vs1 fights, all other players who are also in the Gulag have to watch and wait until it's their turn. In between, even a whole prison break should take place and bring all prisoners back into the game.
