Revamping the Purge
With today's fundamental revamp of the Purge system, Purges have become an immersive and repeatable challenge with rewarding loot. You now have full control over when and if you start a Purge and how challenging it will be. The battles during Purges feel more significant as you defend your clan's treasure against waves of Stygian invaders, led by the Hand of War. Defeat him, and you'll loot valuable treasures and free the captives of the camp.
Improved Loot
The improvements to loot that the developers have made in today's update can be felt from humble beginnings in the desert to endgame dominance and dungeon diving. The enemies' loot now reflects their culture, equipment, and environment, and is overall more valuable and practical. Additionally, chests have been distributed in the camps and depths of the dungeons, containing much more enticing loot.
Combat and Dungeons
Just as trickles can turn into raging rivers, small improvements can have a powerful effect. With the new ability to easily adjust the direction of attacks and improve the consistency of stumbling, combat should overall flow much more smoothly. The developers have also conducted a review of the dungeons and added a range of new dangers, secrets, and rewards to discover.

Battle Pass & Bazaar Cosmetics
Build wonders and look damn good doing it. In the Age of War - Chapter 2, the developers have added another wealth of cosmetics through the paid Battle Pass and the Bazaar item shop.
