CONSCRIPT: A Horror Experience Like No Other
Imagine being in the midst of World War I, surrounded by trenches and the constant sound of gunfire. You are a French soldier, navigating through this brutal environment. Sounds scary enough, right? Now imagine that this scenario is the basis for a survival horror game. That's exactly what CONSCRIPT has to offer.
Developed by self-taught game creator Mochi, who drew inspiration from cult classics like Resident Evil 4, CONSCRIPT is a dark blend of historical accuracy and survival horror. But it's not just about pure horror - there are also complex puzzles to solve.
The Horror of War
Mochi has delved deep into the history of World War I and noticed that it is often overlooked in games. However, his goal was not just to develop a game about World War I. He wanted to highlight the "morally gray" aspect of war and show that reality is often scarier than any fictional monster world.
From History Student to Game Developer
Mochi studied history at university and taught himself the art of game design. His interest in World War I led him to develop CONSCRIPT – a game that is not only creepy but also offers historical depth.
No Need for Monsters
In CONSCRIPT, there are no crawling monsters or supernatural beings. The horror of World War I is scary enough. The story revolves around a French soldier searching for his missing brother amidst the Battle of Verdun.
Get Ready to be Spooked
