An Exciting Sequel
"Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty" brings back some of the coolest celebrity cameos. In the expansion, set to release on September 26, 2023, V will have the task of rescuing the President of NUSA, Rosalind Myers, in a new location called Dogtown. Additionally, there will be many changes to the content of the base game, including a massive overhaul of cyberware in "Phantom Liberty".
Familiar Faces Return
Keanu Reeves' Johnny Silverhand, still trapped in V's mind, will of course be present in "Phantom Liberty". This time, however, he will be accompanied by English actor Idris Elba, who arrives in Night City as FIA sleeper agent Solomon Reed. Not much is known about Elba's intriguing new character yet, but Reed seems to be one of the key figures in "Phantom Liberty" and will work closely with V to save President Myers.
Lizzy Wizzy is back
A third prominent character is also returning for the DLC: Grimes' character Lizzy Wizzy. Like her real-life voice actress, Lizzy Wizzy is an eccentric artist in the dystopian world of Cyberpunk 2077. She pushes the boundaries between human and machine through her unique music and conceptual performance art.
What role does Lizzy Wizzy play?
It remains unclear what role Lizzy Wizzy will exactly play in the spy thriller story of "Phantom Liberty". It's possible that, due to her status as one of Night City's most famous personalities, she has connections to President Rosalind Myers. Her return to "Cyberpunk 2077" also means that more exclusive music from Grimes will likely be heard on the in-game radio stations.

Lizzy Wizzy is undoubtedly a character whose development within the "Phantom Liberty" DLC is rewarding. With her extravagant philosophies, magnificent artistic performances, and of course, her fully chrome-plated appearance, she is one of the most interesting inhabitants of Night City. And being portrayed by the iconic Grimes herself, she is also one of the best celebrity cameos in "Cyberpunk 2077". Her return in the "Phantom Liberty" expansion promises to be uniquely glamorous.
