What is Cyberpunk 2077 about?
Cyberpunk 2077 is a singleplayer game by Polish developer CD Projekt RED. The first person action RPG was announced for the first time in 2012. On September 17, 2020, the game will be released for PC, Xbox One, Playstation 4, and Google Stadia.
Cyberpunk 2077 takes place in Night City, a dystopian metropolis of the future, where megacorporations are in power. Drugs, weapons, and so-called implants are ubiquitous in the world of Cyberpunk. Through these, people modify their bodies. You take on the role of the protagonist V, who fights the most influential corporations and gangs in the city in a quest for an immortality implant.
What are the system requirements?
The system requirements for Cyberpunk 2077 have not been officially confirmed yet. However, gameplay footage of the game was presented for the first time at E3 2019. For this, a gaming PC with an Intel Core i7 8700k processor and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti graphics card was used. At that time, these were absolute high-end components.
Of course, not every player has an i7 8700k and a GTX 1080 Ti. However, it is possible that the game will not run smoothly on older and weaker hardware. Due to the announced size of the game and the shown, very realistic graphics, the system requirements of the game could actually be very high.
