Death Stranding is an action role-playing game from the pen of Metal Gear inventor Hideo Kojima.
Kojima has created his own development studio called Kojima Productions, based in Japan. In addition to production, the studio will also serve as a publisher for the Playstation 4 title. The game is due to be released on November 8, 2019. The Decima Engine will be used as an engine, which was previously used in Horizon Zero Dawn.
You traverse the mysterious open world as Sam Porter Bridges. The actor Norman Reedus was chosen as the performer here. He is known from the zombie series The Walking Dead and the film The Path of Blood. Here he was able to transfer many of his character traits to the main character of the game.

It seems as if an organization is trying to destroy civilization. From the trailers released so far, new questions and new answers have emerged. It seems that Sam Porter Bridges has to take the baby he is carrying to a certain place. To fulfill this task, he has to overcome some challenges, helped by many useful gadgets.
In one video, for example, a motorcycle was already seen that Sam can move freely through the open world. Also in one trailer a ladder was seen, which automatically extends and thus allows the overcoming of cliffs and rocks of the barren landscape. Some fans have already identified Iceland as the location of the game, which was confirmed by Kojima.

From this upside-down world, Sam has to find a way into the world of the living in order to continue his task.
