You slip into the role of an unwilling hero who finds himself in a deadly game. After the protagonist of Deathloop woke up on a beach, he was confronted with the situation that a party was hunting him. If your character dies, he wakes up again on the same beach and the hunt begins anew. To break this deadly cycle, you have to eliminate eight predetermined targets within one day.
With Deathloop, the developers of Arkane Studios deliberately distance themselves from the action-packed variety of the genre and instead focus on a shooter whose oppressive atmosphere is no less than that of BioShock.
