Exploit in Destiny 2: Titans with Instant Shoulder Charges - All Information on the Exploit and Possible Consequences for Players

A recently discovered exploit in Destiny 2 allows Titan players to perform instant shoulder charges without any running start. This allows Guardians to quickly move across areas and deal significant damage. YouTuber InSaNeGaMeR300 has posted a video of the exploit titled "Instant Shoulder Charge Without Running" and explains how he came across this technique.

How the Destiny 2 exploit works

To perform the exploit, one must select the Burning Maul ability and the Hammer Strike melee. During a slide, activate the Super ability, after which repeated shoulder charges can be performed. With Lion Rampants and Catapult Jump, even flight maneuvers can be executed. Combining the exploit with Insurmountable Skullfort and the Arc Shoulder Charge provides unlimited melees and insane movement possibilities through the Thruster ability.

Powerful Glitch – But Use with Caution

The video by InSaNeGaMeR300 shows just how powerful this glitch can be when using the Titan character's Arc subclass and repeatedly attacking enemies with shoulder charges. The exploit works for Solar, Arc, and Void shoulder charges as well as Ballistic Slam. However, it's important to note that sliding deactivates the glitch.

Although the exploit is interesting, players are advised not to use it, especially in competitive PvP activities like Destiny 2 Iron Banner. Exploiting glitches can lead to Bungie taking action, which in some cases can even include account bans.

Will Bungie Fix the Exploit?

So far, the official Bungie Help Twitter account has not addressed the exploit. However, developers are usually quick to fix such issues. Therefore, it's unclear how long the exploit will remain available in the game.

Looking Ahead: Destiny 2 Lightfall and Season 21

The multiplayer game is quickly approaching the halfway point of Destiny 2 Season 20. This means that players may have less time to collect some of the new Destiny 2 Lightfall exotics as Season 21 is just around the corner. To be prepared for the upcoming season and try out all the new features, we recommend getting a Steam key for Destiny 2: Lightfall.
