Blizzard Entertainment has released a new update for Diablo Immortal, giving players a break from the usual demon-hunting activities. The update brings a new Angling mini-game and a calendar with planning features.
Angling Mini-Game
Players can access the Angling mini-game after reaching level 43 in the swampy marshes of Bilefen, the Ashwold Cemetery and the frozen tundra. There are 40 unique fish species that can be collected in five rarity tiers, and caught fish can be exchanged for items and upgrades for the fishing rod.
Calendar Feature
The new calendar and planning feature allows clans and warbands to plan individual activities and sign up members to participate. In addition, all official in-game activities and events can be viewed in the calendar.
Runes, Gems and Legendary Items
The update also revamps the runes, allowing players to convert excess runes into something more useful and increase their gem power. Normal gems have been expanded with a new attribute, Refinement, which increases the base attribute of the equipment slot it is inserted into.
For players who have reached the 'Hellish VIII' difficulty level, there are six new legendary items per class. The update also includes server merges for East Asia and Southeast Asia as well as the return of the time-limited Hungering Moon event.
The update brings many exciting new features and changes with it, giving players more ways to dive into the world of Diablo Immortal.
