The release date of Dragon's Dogma 2 is set for Friday, March 22, 2024. The game's release date was leaked on Steam prior to Capcom's Dragon's Dogma 2 presentation on November 28.

The game is set in the same fantasy-themed world we know from the original game: Gransys. The presentation of Dragon's Dogma 2 revealed that this open world will be four times larger than the one in the original game.

In Dragon's Dogma 2, we once again take on the role of the Arisen, a hero whose heart was stolen by a dragon (yes, again). Our goal seems fairly simple: defeat the culprit and take the throne. One small problem... the Arisen starts trapped in an underground dungeon.
Dragon's Dogma 2 introduces a new race: the Beastren. They resemble large humanoid cats, and their frequent appearances in the reveal trailer suggest they will play a significant role in the story.
