New Features and Adjustments
But let's get down to business: What can you expect specifically? Here's a list of the new features and adjustments that have been introduced with the DLC:
- A new "Control Icon Style" setting for the scoreboard. This allows you to force the game to display Xbox/PlayStation/Nintendo Switch button symbols.
- A new "Heartbeat SFX" setting for the accessibility panel. You can disable this to mute in-game SFX that include a heartbeat sound.
- An integration of Razer Chroma for a range of in-game effects.
And these are just a few of the many updates! The developers have also made some optimizations to make the gaming experience even more enjoyable. For example, there are now multiple tabs in the "Quests" and "Messages" screens. Additionally, the size of the message details window and the text size have been increased.
Bug Fixes - Smooth Sailing
And of course, some bugs have also been fixed. The game should no longer silently overwrite a corrupt save file when loaded from the main menu. Furthermore, an issue introduced in version 1.3.0 that caused crashes when reading certain messages in some languages has been resolved. And that's just the tip of the iceberg!
