Celebrate The Walking Dead Anniversary with Dying Light 2 Stay Human
Friends, grab your baseball bats and supplies because Dying Light 2 Stay Human is inviting us to a birthday party! But this is no ordinary birthday - we are celebrating the 20th anniversary of The Walking Dead comic books! For an entire week, we can participate in a series of challenges and earn cool rewards.
The event starts on July 26th and ends on August 2nd. Each day, a new task awaits us, whether it's taking down enemies with ranged weapons or dismembering infected. And for each day, there is a very special reward: a unique comic cover combining the styles of Dying Light and The Walking Dead!
A Week Full of Challenges and Rewards
Among the prizes are comic covers that players can collect in the game. Each of these artworks was designed by the talented Polish duo Marek Oleksicki and Łukasz Owdziej and is only available on a specific day. Can you manage to get all seven covers? Take on the challenge and try to reach the collection goal! As a reward, you will receive the Walking Dead souvenir weapon pendant.
But that's not all: For particularly dedicated fans, there is a special surprise waiting - Lucille, Negan's infamous barbed wire bat! To get this weapon along with its blueprint, you have to kill a total of 850 enemies during the event week. And if you think that's all, you're mistaken! If players of Dying Light 2 Stay Human collectively kill 160 million enemies and fulfill the global goal, everyone will receive the Sheriff's Hat as a reward!
The Walking Dead Bundle for True Fans
For all hardcore fans, there is also a special The Walking Dead Bundle. In addition to Rick Grimes' outfit and The Walking Dead paraglider, the bundle also includes some of the most iconic weapons from the series. These include Lucille, of course, but also Michonne's katana and Negan's knife - all including blueprints! With these, you are well-equipped to face any enemy - living or undead.
