The update not only brings new content for American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2, but also two brand new routes specifically designed for the special transport missions. In this article, you will learn all about the new routes and the interesting story behind their creation.
A behind-the-scenes look: The creation of the new routes
Since their release, special transport missions have been very popular among fans, as they offer exciting challenges for players. However, updating and expanding these routes in updates or new expansions is no easy task. In fact, this work has been handled by only one person so far - Nemiro. But now, the team is growing and the know-how is being shared within the company, so more colleagues have found interest and time to participate in maintaining these download contents (DLCs).
In the past few weeks, two new small teams have formed, acquiring the necessary knowledge in a few sessions. Both teams have created their first routes for the special transport DLCs, and they have turned out so well that they will be made available to all players in the next update.
