Announcement of the Date for Atlantic City
In case you missed it, the developers announced the date for Atlantic City - Boardwalk Paradise last week at the Tokyo Game Show! Cash in your chips, as the casino will open on December 5th! Atlantic City brings new locations, factions, quests, enemies, rewards, and much more!
There is a lot to discuss about Atlantic City, so much so that the developers have divided this update into two separate releases. For those subscribed to their YouTube channel, you can expect these videos on October 2nd and 5th.
Experience Atlantic City Early!
Impatient travelers don't have to wait long to experience what the Boardwalk has to offer! Starting October 3rd, the first release of Atlantic City content will be available on our public test server.
There's more to our December update than just Atlantic City. The developers have continued to work on improving the early game experience for new players and want to hear your feedback on the changes! Starting on September 28th, their public test server will be open to all PC players who own a copy of Fallout 76 on Steam.
Haunted Accommodations Contest
Halloween is just around the corner, and it's time to prepare your C.A.M.P.s and accommodations for the spooky season.
From October 2nd to 27th, the developers invite you to submit your creepy photos of your haunted accommodations. After the submission period ends on October 27th, the developers will select 10 finalists and invite the entire community to vote on their favorite accommodation or C.A.M.P. The winners will be announced on October 31st.

5 years of Fallout 76, and what a wild ride it has been! To celebrate the upcoming 5th anniversary, the developers want to hear about your favorite memories and experiences in the wasteland! This weekend, you'll get a boost to your scoreboard progress and have the opportunity to gather resources! The developers have three great weekend events lined up for you.
All weekend events start and end at 12:00 PM ET
September 28th - October 2nd
- Double Score: Earn double points on all daily challenges in all game modes!
- Scrip Surplus: Earn up to double the daily scrip! (1,000 scrip)
- Gold Rush: Earn up to double the daily gold bullion from Treasury Machines. (800 gold bullion)
