Game Highlights in June - TESO Greymoor, Desperados 3 and The Last of Us Part 2

In June, there's still no sign of the infamous summer lull, as both PC gamers and console fans can look forward to some top-notch titles from a variety of genres. However, the exact release dates should always be viewed with a bit of caution due to the numerous last-minute delays that have occurred in 2020 due to the coronavirus crisis.

On June 5, Electronic Arts will be releasing a true classic strategy game in a new guise with Command & Conquer: Remastered. The game has been adapted to modern standards in terms of visuals and controls, but is still supposed to offer the classic gaming experience.

One day earlier, on June 4, Bigben Interactive will be releasing the annual edition of the official Tour de France video game. This year's edition will feature a first-person perspective, allowing fans of the sport to pass the time until the postponed start of this year's Tour de France. The cycling game will be available on Steam for PC, as well as on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

Another highlight for strategy fans will be released on June 16. In Desperados 3 from THQ Nordic, which will be available for PC as well as PS4 and Xbox One, you will experience an exciting story set in the Wild West. In the game, you will not only have to prove your fighting and stealth skills, but also have to use the different playable characters' abilities cleverly.

Also on June 16th, Disintegration comes to market as a new mech-shooter that combines classic first-person shooter action with strategic elements. The futuristic title provides a single-player campaign as well as a comprehensive multiplayer mode. In addition to the PC version, the game will also have an Xbox One and PlayStation 4 version.

If you own a PlayStation 4, you've probably already marked June 19th in big, red letters on your calendar. That's the day that, after several delays, the sequel to Naughty Dog's The Last of Us will finally be released exclusively for Sony's console. As one of the last big titles for the current console generation, The Last of Us Part 2 offers a dark and emotional story set in post-apocalyptic America, with young Ellie taking the lead role this time. The trailers for the horror game promise moving moments, bloody close-quarters combat, and pure desperation that will push the young woman—and, by extension, the player—to her limits.

Also in June, role-playing fans will be served by the latest expansion to the MMO The Elder Scrolls Online called Greymoor. The DLC was released in May for PC, but will finally be coming to PS4 and Xbox One on June 9th. This gives you the opportunity
