The Ranger and their Dual Maces
First, let's take a look at one of the new weapon-skill combinations that await us. We're talking about the Ranger and their Dual Maces. With this weapon, you can establish yourself as a guardian of nature and harness the power of the earth to support your allies and combat your enemies. Sounds exciting, doesn't it?
The Power of the Earth
The maces for main and off-hand are like siblings - they cover different roles and work perfectly together. The mace in the main hand has strong supportive abilities through healing and blessing. When you hit enemies with your mace skills, you strengthen your connection to the earth and gain a new, unique effect called "Power of Nature".
More than just a weapon
But that's not all! Once you reach six stacks of "Power of Nature", you grant yourself the blessing of the earth and gain another effect called "Nature's Might". "Nature's Might" resets your mace cooldowns and makes you grow in size. This increases outgoing damage, healing, and stability - pretty cool, right?
First Impressions from the Beta Event
Can't wait to try out the new abilities for yourself? No problem! During the "Advanced Weapon Skills" beta event starting on November 28th, you can get a first look at the new weapons for all classes. But remember: this is a beta test, so some of the weapon abilities might still be placeholders for user interface, art, and audio.
