Welcome to the Festival of the Four Winds
The Festival of the Four Winds has begun! Everyone is invited to participate in this event. This annual festival showcases two locations: Labyrinthine Cliffs and Crown Pavilion. These places will be accessible until August 8th.
Both Labyrinthine Cliffs and the Crown Pavilion are accessible to players of all levels. Even if you are brand new to the game, you can easily participate in all activities! Read on for a brief overview of the activities you can take part in during this festival and the rewards you can earn.
Where should you go?
The Labyrinthine Cliffs can be accessed through Lion's Arch, and you can find the Crown Pavilion in Divinity's Reach. Check your in-game mail for an invitation to the Festival of the Four Winds and double-click on the item to instantly teleport to your desired location.
What is there to do?
When you enter the Labyrinthine Cliffs, you'll find yourself in a completely new area! This explorable zone is located on the Tyrian coast, a beautiful map for you to explore. You can navigate this map by using the various Aspect Crystals: Wind, Sun, and Lightning. There are activities all over the map!
Experience the thrill of treasure hunting with other players or try your hand at one of the races! The Skimmer Slalom and Flying Dolyak adventures will provide you with the fun you need at this beach location. There are also Sky Crystals scattered throughout the map for you to find.
If you decide to go to the Crown Pavilion, you'll discover many other activities! Join other players in the Boss Blitz event and defeat Kryta's biggest enemies. But don't worry, they're not real creatures. They're just Queen Jennah's Watchknights soldiers.
Challenge the strongest individuals in Tyria in the Queen's Gauntlet!
Rewards
Make sure to participate in as many activities as possible to earn Festival Tokens! Exchange them with the Festival Rewards Vendors in the Crown Pavilion and Labyrinthine Cliffs for special goodies like Heavy Crafting Bags, Equipment Bags, Armor Skins, Miniatures, Exotic Weapons, and more.
Complete the annual Four Winds Customs Meta-Achievement to receive the Krytan Headband. You can find the Festival Achievements in your Achievement Panel under Festivals.
