Half Sword - Chivalry meets QWOP in a silly medieval combat simulation

Welcome to the world of Half Sword

If you're a fan of games like Chivalry, Mount and Blade, For Honor, and Mordhau, then we have something special for you. Half Sword is a ridiculous, physics-based medieval combat simulation that now has a free Steam demo.

The indie game Half Sword gives you the opportunity to rise from a commoner to a knight and fight in brutal tournaments in 15th century Europe. And it's not just historically accurate, but also delightfully silly and remarkably bloody.

Into Battle!

In a dark demo room filled with various tables of armor, weapons, and tools, you prepare for the upcoming fights. Opposing fighters, equipped with their own random gear, emerge from the darkness and challenge you.

Your mouse becomes the control center of your arms. With a click of the right or left mouse button, you have full control over your weaponry. But be careful: Half Sword is brutal. One wrong swing and you'll be severing your opponent's leg!

Preview of the Full Version

The currently available Half Sword demo gives you a first impression of the game's combat system. But indie developer Half Sword Games promises even more for the full version: a variety of game modes and quests, as well as interactive NPCs await you!

What are you waiting for?

  • Try your hand at this unique combat simulation
  • Test your skill in handling medieval weapons
  • Take on bizarre opponents
  • Immerse yourself in a world full of absurd humor and brutal battles

With Half Sword, you can expect a fun gaming experience that is guaranteed to put a smile on your face. The demo is already available on Steam, so what are you waiting for? Go and grab your Half Sword key and dive into this crazy medieval adventure!

Please note that the full version of Half Sword is still in development. There is currently no set release date, but we don't expect it to be before the end of 2024 or even 2025.
