Halo Infinite: Husky Raid makes a comeback
In this special edition of Forge Features, we offer you the chance to bring your maps for the return of the popular Husky Raid mode to matchmaking! Do you remember Halo 4? Just like its predecessors since Halo 2, it had the Action Sack playlist - the home of crazy and unusual game types, often created by the community. One of these game modes was Husky Raid, which now returns in Halo Infinite.
What is the Husky Raid mode?
Husky Raid consists of a map with a long, narrow corridor. You spawn on one side with random weapons and must survive the impending chaos to capture the enemy flag. An action-packed fun!
Create your own Husky Raid map
The best part? You now have the opportunity to bring your own Husky Raid map to matchmaking! There are two pre-made templates available for download and use when creating your map. However, if you want to make your own changes or start from scratch to unleash your creativity, feel free to do so! In the meantime, we recommend testing your map in Fiesta: CTF.
How do I publish my map?
Once your map is complete, you'll need to publish it and tag it with "343ask-Husky Raid" and include a screenshot. If your map is considered, the development team will reach out to the Gamertag listed as the author of the map and have further discussions on Discord.
Deadline for map submissions
The fun should never end, but if you want to make it into the first official Husky Raid selection, the team needs your creations no later than June 30th. So take the time to flex your creative muscles - the development team can't wait to see what you create for Halo Infinite.
