Hogwarts Legacy fixes an annoying problem - New update brings fresh dialogue lines and more

Hogwarts Legacy update with many improvements

Since its launch in February, Hogwarts Legacy has been a huge success. Now, a comprehensive update has finally been released, which includes many bug fixes and optimizations. In addition to major changes such as the introduction of an arachnophobia mode, fans have noticed another improvement. Ignatia Wildsmith now has new dialogue lines when players discover a Floo Flame location for the first time, a welcome change that has been praised by players.

Ignatia Wildsmith is the inventor of Floo Powder and a statue of her can be found at every fast travel point in the game. At launch, players had to repeatedly hear the same dialogue from her whenever they approached a Floo Powder location. However, this was already reduced in a previous update.

More variety in dialogues thanks to new update

With this larger update, Ignatia Wildsmith now has unique dialogues that players can hear when they discover a new location. This not only adds variety to her dialogues, but also provides additional information about certain areas. For example, when discovering Cragcroft for the first time, she hints at the Lord of the Shore, a reference to San Bakar's Trial.

Another example is the first discovery of the Floo-Flame location in Keenbridge. Ignatia initially talks about her enthusiasm for the village and then warns the player to watch their valuables, suggesting that it may not be the safest place. In fact, all of these dialogue lines have been in the game files since its launch, but were not used.

More updates in the future?

It is possible that future updates will integrate even more previously unused content into Hogwarts Legacy. Although Ignatia Wildsmith is already considered one of the most annoying characters in the game, players would certainly welcome further improvements like these.
