Developer Guerrilla Games is celebrating the one-year anniversary of the successful launch of Horizon Forbidden West. The team looks back on the release and remembers the mixed feelings of excitement and nervousness. On February 21, 2023, the game will be added to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog. Since the release, Guerrilla has released a LEGO Tallneck, created a TikTok channel, brought new merchandise items to market, and met fans at various events.
As a thank you for the support, Guerrilla is offering new PlayStation avatars for download in the PlayStation Store. The development team is delighted with the success of the Horizon franchise and the love of the fans, especially the virtual photography community for the photo mode.
Soon players will also be able to look forward to the Burning Shores expansion, which will be released on April 19 for PS5, as well as Horizon Call of the Mountain, which will be released next week on PSVR2.
