"Iron Curtain" Update for Regiments - New Battle Mode, Regiments, and More!

The "Iron Curtain" update is here and brings some exciting new features to the game Regiments. If Steam does not automatically update the game to the latest version, simply restart Steam to search for updates. You will know that the update has been successfully installed by the banner in the main menu and the new content.

New Battle Mode - Static Defense

Hold the line! In the Static Defense mode, you start with significantly more engineering points and all of your units can dig in (non-mechanized units take longer to do so). On the other hand, the enemy will use devastating preparatory fire and strong attacks to drive you out of your defensive positions. If a zone is lost, launch a counterattack and recapture it as quickly as possible, otherwise victory points will gradually be deducted.

New Regiments

Five new regiments are entering the battlefields of Regiments. Here they are:

1. 7 Łużycka Dywizja Desantowa
2. 8 Pułk Czołgów
3. Mot.-Schützenregiment 7
4. Taktische Gruppe 'Zenit'
5. 161. Mot.-Schützen-Division

New Maps

Experience the many picturesque locations of Fambach and Bichfroda with the thunder of weapons and engines.

New Units

The update brings a wealth of new units for the Warsaw Pact forces:

• T-62M tank
• BTR-60PB, SKOT-2A, SKOT-2AM, TOPAS, TOPAS-2AP armored personnel carriers
• SKOT-R3, TOPAS-R2 command vehicles
• 9P133 anti-tank system
• Osa-AK division-level anti-aircraft missile system
• RM-70 multiple rocket launcher
• Dana self-propelled howitzer
• Mi-2T reconnaissance helicopter
• Mi-2-URP-G light combat helicopter
• Mig-21 fighter jet in a ground support role
• Star-266 supply truck

And Many More Additions:
