The Switch to Unreal Engine 5
For its third installment, Killing Floor 3 has decided to switch to Unreal Engine 5. So, we can rest assured that we don't have to worry about the visual appearance. On the contrary! The developers have presented us with a short teaser that showcases the highly acclaimed capabilities of atmospheric lighting in all its glory.
Gameplay in the Year 2091
Killing Floor 3 takes you a whopping 70 years into the future, to the year 2091, following the events of the second game. Once again, you will be pitted against the biotechnically engineered Zeds of the mega-corporation Horzine. So, get ready to join the rebellious group Nightfall and fight your way through a dystopian land filled with wild hordes.
