To keep even longtime fans coming back, the responsible developers at Giant Software are counting on several new features and improvements with which to defend the genre throne among farming simulations in Farming Simulator 22.

Of course, you can look forward to the obligatory graphical improvements, which, according to the developers, will make the world of Farming Simulator shine in a whole new light in the current installment. But that's not all. On the contrary: gameplay has also been improved accordingly.

More realism with new features

The makers of Giant Software placed great importance on an unprecedented level of realism when working on Farming Simulator 22. This is reflected in features such as the new production and delivery chains, which were previously only available in the form of mods and are now also officially making their way into the game. A new feature that allows you to further process your harvest products into products such as cheese, chocolate or bread and deliver them to trade. This makes Farming Simulator 22 more economically viable.

The different seasons have also been revised. This time they not only have an impact on the game world optically. Instead, it has been ensured that the seasons such as spring, summer, autumn and of course winter have an effect on the available crops. At the same time, the characteristics of the seasons will be reflected in the world of Farming Simulator 22 and confront you with their own challenges.

You are not forced to use this feature, of course. If you want, you can simply deactivate the new function and thus ensure that the different seasons only have an optical impact on the game world as before.

More social interaction through crossplay multiplayer

According to the developers, the multiplayer component has also been completely revised in Farming Simulator 22, placing even more emphasis on social interaction.
