The Phenomenon: Game Freezes During Battles
This problem affects all battle stages in Limbus Company. When a character dies, the game freezes and does not continue. This can be particularly frustrating when you are in the middle of an exciting fight and suddenly everything comes to a halt.
The Cause: Test Code on Android Platform
Project Moon has discovered that the error is caused by test code on the Android platform. This test code was used to implement new content, but separate error handling was omitted. This leads to the game crashing during battles.
The Solution: Rebuilding the Client on Android
The developers are already working on a solution and plan to rebuild the client on the Android platform. Once this rebuild is complete and passes verification, the update will be released and you can play uninterrupted again.
Compensation for Affected Players
As compensation for the inconvenience, all players will receive compensation in the form of Lunacy x1000. You can redeem this item once per account starting from June 1st at 12:30 PM (KST). The compensation can be requested via the in-game mail system until June 15th, 2023 at 09:59 AM (KST) (validity period of the mail: 7 days).
