What is the Chaos Gate?
The Chaos Gate is a central feature of Lost Ark that is now undergoing a comprehensive overhaul. The new Chaos Gates are a combination of the existing Chaos Gates, Ghost Ships, and Treasure Map content. You will battle countless demons in successive waves and face three bosses. With each defeated boss, you will receive combat buffs that increase your attack speed and reduce cooldowns. And who knows, you might even encounter the special hidden boss that can appear after the final boss!
Entrance & Matchmaking for Chaos Gates
You can access the Chaos Gates from any continent by simply interacting with the gate. Matchmaking is done by region and requires a minimum of four and a maximum of 16 players. Even if you are already in a party, you can enter the Chaos Gates. The content resets daily at 10 a.m.

General Updates for Chaos Gates
As part of the Chaos Gates revamp, there are also some general changes to take note of. For example, some Mokoko challenge missions and achievements have been adjusted or categorized. The information list and content guide for Chaos Gates have also been updated.
There are also changes on the sea: Guild/Co-Op quests related to ghost ships will be removed, and the ghost ship-related Una's Quest will be changed from "Clear Ghost Ships" to "Go to the Dead Waters."
