Lost Ark - The Slayer arrives in Arkesia

The Slayer enters the stage

On May 10th, the wait is finally over: The Slayer is coming to Arkesia! This powerful, female variant of the Berserker class enriches the game as the fifth advanced warrior class. As a close combat fighter with an impressive greatsword and the Burst Mode, she has the potential to overwhelm everything in her path.

Successful attacks with the Slayer fill the Fury special bar, which activates the Burst Mode at full capacity. In this mode, the Slayer's damage and movement speed increase significantly, and a special ability called Bloodlust can be used to perform powerful slashes and stabs. There is no doubt that the Slayer will cause a sensation in Arkesia!

Progression events accompany the introduction of the Slayer

To celebrate the launch of the new class, progression events will run from May 10th to August 9th to help players level up quickly. The Punika Powerpass and Hyper Express Plus (II) event runs until June 14th and can be used with the Slayer if no character has been created yet.

With the Punika Powerpass version, players will receive equipment with an item level of 1340. To prevent bots from reaching endgame areas, only players with Trusted status or with a Lost Ark account created before December 14th, 2022, will receive a Powerpass. New players can achieve Trusted status in various ways, such as activating the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator or making a purchase in Lost Ark through Steam or Amazon.

Hyper Express Event II: Fast Leveling

In the Hyper Express Event II, players can select a character between item levels 1340 and 1460 to participate in the event and receive materials for quick leveling up to item level 1460 and beyond. The selected character will receive rewards such as silver, grinding materials, gems, engravings, and more for every 15 item levels up to 1460.

Engraving Support System

In addition, the Hyper Express Plus event includes the Engraving Support System, where players can select four engravings to activate at level 3 during the event. The effects of the engraving support will also be displayed in the character profile.

Other news in the May update

In addition to the Slayer and progression events, the May update will also include the Ebony Cube, quality improvements, improvements for new players, and special cosmetic items. More information on the updates will be available in next week's release notes on PlayLostArk.com and the game's social media channels. So stay tuned and get ready for exciting new features in Lost Ark!
