Official Release of Mad Games Tycoon 2
It's finally here! After over two years in Early Access, Mad Games Tycoon 2 has been officially released! The developers would like to thank everyone who supported the game during this time. Special thanks go to translators, modders, guide creators, and the community for their bug reports, balancing feedback, and suggestions. But don't worry, even though Early Access is ending, support for Mad Games Tycoon 2 will continue.
New Features and Improvements
With the official release comes some new features and improvements. Firstly, there will soon be a Mac version of Mad Games Tycoon 2 for all Mac players. Additionally, the tutorial has been revamped and tooltips have been improved to provide players with even more information.
In addition, Mad Games Tycoon 2 now supports Steam Cloud Saves! For players who want to use their old multiplayer save files, the "mpXXX.txt" file needs to be renamed to "mpXXX.sav" once.
New Competition Setting
A new competition setting has been added for both single player and multiplayer games. At the highest level (Hard), players must be more strategic to avoid oversaturating the market with the same types of games and avoid sales losses. This can also increase competitiveness in multiplayer, as friends' games can have more influence on releases at higher settings.
Improvements in Publishers and Console Marketing
There have been improvements in the way publishers market games, as well as increases in the cost of marketing your own consoles. In addition, the balance in the support area when handling tickets from free-to-play games has been optimized.
Bug Fixes
As always, bug fixes have been made for reported issues. The full list can be found in the game's official changelog.
