Mass Effect 4 (2022) - Mass Effect 4 (2022) - Developers icons return

The Mass Effect gaming series is often mentioned whenever the best games of all time are discussed. The franchise, which falls under the genre of action role-playing games, was created by developer Bioware, who is most well-known for creating modern classics with the first three installments. Now, Mass Effect 4 is in development, and there are high expectations for it.

One of the reasons for this is the last installment in the series. Mass Effect Andromeda from 2017 was considered a good game, but it didn't manage to really convince fans of the series. Furthermore, Bioware recently developed Anthem, which was released in the first quarter of 2019 and, despite its large budget, only received mediocre reviews and sales numbers. In February 2021, Electronic Arts, the publisher of the game, even announced the discontinuation of further support for the game. This puts a lot of pressure on Bioware, whose last real hit was Mass Effect 3 from 2012, to get Mass Effect 4 right.

Bioware seems to be aware of this pressure and is currently doing everything in its power to match the success of the series. So, numerous developers and icons from the first installments have been brought back into the team. Among them is, for example, Dusty Everman, who was responsible for the story of Mass Effect as a narrative designer. The latter also tweeted after the announcement of his return and expressed his great joy, without failing to mention that he also couldn't feel any more pressure that everything had to work out with Mass Effect 4.

The foundation for a successful Mass Effect 4 has thus been laid. Once the game is released, you will have the opportunity to find the cheapest Mass Effect 4 key here in order to form your own opinion about the quality of the sequel.
