Timeline and update information

The bonus update version 16.0.0.0 will be available from June 8th, 2023 and requires approximately 1.4 GB of storage space. It includes both content that requires the purchase of Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak and content that is only accessible by installing the patch. This update grants access to a variety of new story elements such as new quests, monsters in anomaly investigations, as well as new weapons, armor, and abilities. Additionally, there are some new system elements such as an increased maximum number of anomaly investigations (200) and new guild card titles.

Steam version only: Additions and changes

For the Steam version of the game, there are some additional changes, such as two new restrictions for blocked players on the Steam block list. Additionally, when playing on the Steam Deck, the on-screen keyboard will now automatically appear in situations where the player can enter text.

Bug fixes and balancing adjustments

The update also includes a list of bug fixes and adjustments, which are included in the English text.
