  • Combat Rebalancing: Firearms and ship points will be rebalanced to make gameplay even more exciting. This includes changes to planking, structure, and repairs.
  • Boarding Machine Resistance: When boarding, the boarding machine resistance significantly reduces the incoming damage for ships.
  • Revamp of Advantages: The advantage system will be completely overhauled and divided into two groups: advantage trees and unsorted.
  • National Ship Exchange: Ships are now visible in all cities of a nation and can be purchased there. Prices vary depending on the distance from the listed port.

Safe Zones: Protection for Beginners

A large part of the update concerns the introduction of safe zones. Apart from Hispaniola, Puerto Rico, and the Bahamas, most ports will have protection zones where enemy players cannot attack. This change ensures that players who are just starting out in Naval Action can enjoy full protection before venturing into the dangerous waters of the PVP zones.

Combat Rebalancing: More Exciting Battles

The combat rebalancing brings some exciting changes. Firearms and ship points will be rebalanced - this includes changes to planking, structure, and repairs. The importance of tactics and the role of the commander will increase significantly with these innovations, especially for heavy line ships.

  • Reduction of combat ratings for all ships
  • Adjustment of rank thresholds
