The maintenance period for the 2.0.4 update of New World will begin at 11:00 PM PT (6:00 AM UTC) on August 29th and will last approximately 2 hours. With the closing of the last portals in Luck of the Bones, a new threat emerges on Aeternum.
Defend against the Siege of Sulfur Sandworm Eggs and receive a Mini Devourer Hat skin, a Sandworm Egg house item, and more.

SULFUR SIEGE
Join forces with over 10 max-level players to defend sandworm eggs against waves of sulfur elementals and receive limited-time, sandworm-specific rewards from August 30th to September 12th.
You will also receive rewards that will help you defeat Shah Neshen.
STORE SHOWCASE
There is a constant whirlwind in the balance between light and shadow, the real and the void. Take a stand and look for new clothing, weapon, and emote bundles in the store throughout September.
These items can be purchased individually or as part of a bundle using Marks of Fortune.

CLIENT PERFORMANCE
- We have limited the number of sounds in scenarios with high player density.
- These limitations were bypassed in the development of new content, which reduced the game client's performance in scenarios with more than five players.
