New Sandbox mode and changes in the main campaign
The highlight of this update is the long-awaited Sandbox mode, which guarantees endless hours of gameplay. Choose between two game types (Reconquest and Battle) and customize your game with various options. The main campaign has also been revamped, giving you more freedom of choice in completing missions.
Sandbox Mode: Reconquest and Battle
In the Reconquest game mode, the gameplay is similar to the campaign, where you have to manage your camp and execute missions on a customized map to reconquer all territories from the enemy. In the Battle game mode, you compete against the enemy in a 1vs1 by strategically deploying and training troops on the map until you besiege the enemy camp. But beware, the enemy AI will also try to defeat you.
Custom Rules in Sandbox Mode
When starting a new sandbox game, you can choose the shape of the map, the initial biome, and various difficulty levels such as training speed, starting funds, and disease probability. This way, you have full control over your gaming experience!
Changes in the Main Campaign
In the first months of Early Access, the developers received a lot of feedback on deepening the missions. You now have more freedom in choosing your missions and the path to victory over Dragan. Additionally, it is no longer mandatory to switch camps to train certain soldier classes.
New Achievements
With all the new content, 10 new achievements related to self-sufficiency and sandbox features have been added. There are now a total of 44 achievements in the game.
Quality of Life Improvements
Thanks to community feedback, many improvements have been made to make the game even more user-friendly. One of the most requested features is the ability to move buildings, which is now as easy as clicking and holding on a building.
