But before you try your hand at being a dino trainer, you'll need a special item: the flute of your first pet dinosaur. With its help and a little patience, you can assemble your very own herd of dinos.

But how does it actually work? After receiving the flute, you need to visit Mari. She lives a bit north on the map, near her house. Mari will tell you more about how to use the flute to tame dinosaurs. There are four different notes on the flute - each of them represents a special song that is needed to tame a specific dinosaur.
Cultivate a Special Connection
Once you have discovered the special friend call of a dinosaur, the actual friendship process can begin. By feeding and soothing the dino, you fill up the friendship meter. Once it is full, you have the option to feed it a type of Poppin to complete the friendship process. A final loving stroke and your new friend is tamed!
