The patch 3.20.1 is supposed to be provided by the end of this week. The developers have already released the patch notes to us on Steam and Co., promising a new series of Core Supporter Packs, new Sanctum content, and various improvements and bug fixes. We have summarized the essential content for you.
When reading the following summary, always keep in mind that the developers have left it open to change something about the update. For Playstation, the patch can not be released yet, because the type of certification process and the upcoming holidays prevent the Core Supporter Packs from being completed this year.
Sanctum Updates and Improvements
7 new unique relics have been introduced, which drop from the final form of the Sanctum boss. These relics challenge you to complete a whole run of The Forbidden Sanctum on map level 80+ under special rules. For this you will also be rewarded in new and special ways. However, the unique relic is destroyed regardless of the result of your attempt. So you should definitely finish it in order not to lose your potential rewards.
41 new "Lykiens Anrufung" currency items are coming. Blessings and curses that increase or decrease the effect of your relics now indicate that they have no effect on unique relics.
Sanctum quests are no longer hidden if the "Enable Quest Tracking" option is disabled. In addition, the quest awareness has been improved to reduce the likelihood that they will be missed when first entering the corresponding city area.
Other Improvements
Kirac's Vault Pass has been added five more microtransactions in the form of these additional mystery boxes from the past of Path of Exile: Warlord, Polaris, Twilight, Harmony and Sin/Innocence. The experience gained by killing Metamorph monsters has been greatly increased and the unique jewel "Balance of Terror" no longer has a level requirement.
One component of the "Complete Harbinger Encounters" challenge has been updated to "Use any Harbinger, Ancient or Fracturing Orb"
