Phasmophobia to launch in August on Early Access for consoles
It's time, ghost hunters! Phasmophobia will be launching on Early Access for Xbox One Series X | S, PlayStation 5, and PlayStationVR2 in August. The exact release date will be announced in the coming weeks - so keep your eyes peeled!
Progression 2.0 update and regular updates
With the launch of Phasmophobia on consoles, the game will also receive the Progression 2.0 update and will be regularly updated alongside the PC version. This means that both new content and bug fixes will be available simultaneously on all platforms.
Reports and player bans now work across platforms
Good news for all players: reports and player bans now work across platforms. Additionally, a handy feature has been added that allows you to block other players through the journal. This will permanently mute them until you unblock them.
Optional crossplay for all platforms
All Phasmophobia fans can rejoice: the game now offers optional crossplay between different platforms! You can easily hunt ghosts with your friends on different consoles and PC. To see which platform your teammates are playing on, simply look at the symbol on their ID card.
