What to expect from the graphics update

The long-awaited graphics update for Prehistoric Hunt is finally here! Get ready for a more modern and advanced graphics engine that completely transforms the look of the game. Shaders, lighting, materials, vegetation, weather, water, and culling systems have been rebuilt from scratch. Additionally, water, weather, and vegetation features have been improved.

New character models and customizations

The update also brings new character models to the game: Jack, Amy, and Scotch. You can now customize the hair of these characters and benefit from improvements in animations. Furthermore, there is a new clothing system that allows you to customize your characters individually. In the main menu, you have the option to purchase various outfits with credits.

Main menu and dinosaur models revamped

The main menu of Prehistoric Hunt has been polished and now showcases the new characters against an impressive background. Some dinosaur models, such as Ankylosaurus and Triceratops, have also been revamped and now look even more realistic.

Wounds and blood on injured dinosaurs

When dinosaurs are injured by others in the game, they now show blood on their skin. This creates an even more intense gaming experience and increases the authenticity of fights in the prehistoric world.

Distance meter in the shop

A practical new feature is the distance meter, which you can now purchase in the shop. This makes it easier for you to measure distances in the game and adjust your hunting strategy accordingly.

Improved graphics settings

The graphics settings have also been revamped. You now have more control over the quality of the game and can find the optimal setting for your hardware.

Other improvements

  • Updated French translation
  • Brachiosaurus now eat from trees
  • Improved ambient sounds
  • Inventory and dinosaur spawner bug fixes
  • Less ghosting with motion blur effect enabled

The team at Prehistoric Hunt looks forward to your feedback and suggestions for future updates. Don't forget to secure your Steam Key to dive into the exciting world of dinosaurs and experience the graphics update for yourself. Happy hunting!
