Update Ver.7.2001.1 and Maintenance
The scheduled maintenance for Phantasy Star Online 2 began on May 9, 2023 (Tuesday) at 7:00 PM (PDT) and ended on May 10, 2023 (Wednesday) at 1:00 AM (PDT). The version number on the title screen should still read Ver.7.2001.1.

Current issues and solutions
Known issues include:
- Sometimes when logging in, a message appears stating that the player has unused season points from the previous seasonal event (added on May 10, 2023 at 3:30 a.m. (PDT))
The developers are working to fix the above issue in a future update. We ask for your patience while this error is being resolved.
Maintenance details and items
During maintenance, various things were adjusted:
- Extension of premium sets, expanded storage 1-6, material storage, personal shop usage, and bonus keys by 6 hours
- Characters who requested a ship transfer before the scheduled maintenance began were transferred
- When logging into PSO2 blocks, the location of each character is set to the gate area
In addition, all players (accounts) will receive an SG 20 ticket (x1) as an apology for game crashes during login until June 10, 2023 (Saturday) at 1:00 a.m. (PDT). This item can be obtained through "Receive Campaign Items".
