Embark on a Storm Hunt in Risk of Rain 2
Hey gamers! Have you heard the fantastic news? Risk of Rain 2 is getting another expansion called "Seekers of the Storm". Following last year's impressive "Survivors of the Void" expansion, Gearbox is back with fresh new content for us.
New content for everyone
In addition to new survivors and levels, there are also new monsters and more. But what's particularly exciting is the new major villain called The False Son, whose story is deeply rooted in the Risk of Rain lore. Even if, like me, you haven't been following much of this lore, you're sure to be impressed.
New boss, new challenges
The new boss, The False Son, promises an exciting challenge, and I hope that "Seekers of the Storm" will offer us an alternative path through the game that culminates in this new boss fight. Between you and me, after countless battles against the current end boss, Mithrix, a bit of variety is very welcome.
Day and night in Risk of Rain 2
Another exciting addition is the introduction of day and night versions of one of the new stages. This sounds like a fantastic way to increase replayability, and I'm curious to see if Gearbox will also introduce night versions for existing levels.

Unfortunately, there is no exact information yet on when "Seekers of the Storm" will be released or who the new survivors will be. But we probably won't have to wait too long. And until then? Don't worry, you can pass the time with Risk of Rain 2 and get some practice in.
