Sega - Allegations of lack of recognition

Localization team for the release of Persona 3 and Persona 4 reportedly not acknowledged.

We recently reported on the accusations of Striking Distance Studios, which allegedly left out numerous developers in the credits. Now Sega is also being accused of not acknowledging the localization team for the release of Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden on consoles and PC. This accusation was reported by several people who were involved.

A localization producer is said to have even directly alerted Sega to the missing credits, but was ignored. Sega's lack of interest in recognizing the small but important team has caused discontent among the employees and on the internet. Many are threatening to quit - some have already left the company. There are also other accusations, such as underpayment, coming up. Whether Sega will respond remains to be seen. As of now, however, it sounds unlikely.
