Star Wars: The Old Republic - Embark on a New Era of PvP

Hello, Padawan! Have you oiled your lightsaber and are you ready for a new adventure? Then pack your bags, because the new PvP season "Reign of Glory" in Star Wars: The Old Republic is about to begin. Starting from July 18th, you can once again dive into thrilling battles, claim rewards, and solidify your rank in the galaxy.

Changes to Points and Requirements

The developers have made some changes to make the game even more exciting. There are adjustments to the points you can earn on various PvP maps. Additionally, the requirements for arena objectives and weekly PvP arena missions have been modified. But don't worry, we won't leave you in the dark and will explain everything in detail.

PvP Maps are getting shuffled

New challenges await you on the Novare Coast, Voidstar, and Yavin Ruins maps. Whether you're defending or attacking, with clever strategy, you can now earn even more points and lead your team to victory.

  • Novare Coast: As a defender, you now receive 700 points instead of 500 for guarding a bunker. As an attacker, you earn 2000 points for actively capturing the objective and even 5000 points if you defeat a defending player near a bunker.
  • Voidstar: Defense is now even more rewarding with 700 points per objective. As an attacker, you receive 500 points for defeating a defending player.
  • Yavin Ruins: As a defender, you earn 700 points for defending a tower for 30 seconds. As an attacker, you receive 500 points for defeating a defending player near a tower.

The achievable points on all Huttball maps have also been adjusted. For example, scoring a goal now grants 2500 points instead of the previous 1500.

Adjustments to Arena objectives and weekly PvP Arena missions

There have also been some changes to the arenas. The completion requirements for various arena objectives and weekly PvP Arena missions have been reduced, allowing you to reach your goals faster and earn more rewards.

In addition, the new season brings new fashionable rewards. Among them, you can earn the new title "Reign of [Your Name]" and the Legacy title "Immovable Object".

Prepare for the new season!

There is still time until the start of the new season on July 18th. So use this time wisely to reconsider your strategies, level up your character, or simply explore the universe of Star Wars: The Old Republic.
